Claude Marcus Bodden, 90, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born September 10, 1929 in Grand Cayman Island to Rayburn Bodden and Ellie Mae Thompson Bodden. Claude proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was retired from DuPont as a Maintenance Coordinator and was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Port Neches. Graveside services were held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 16, 2020 at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home. Claude was preceded in death by his two sisters, Gweneth Bodden and Hilary Thompson, brother, Edison Bodden and grandson, Jason Bodden. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Antoinette Bodden of Port Neches, daughter, Lana Thibodeaux and husband Pete of Bridge City, two sons, Rayburn C. Bodden and wife Karen of Nederland and Edward "Eddie" Bodden and wife Sue of Groves, four grandchildren, Jennifer Bodden, Brittany Sumner and husband Jessie, Kristy Bodden and Jeremy Bodden, and great grandchildren, Ella, Averie, Evynn, and Talon Sumner. The family would like to thank Harbor Hospice and his personal caregivers, Jada Kyle, Fairrena Newton and Raven Guillory.
