I can't even imagine a world without Bro Byrom. We considered him a staple of life, like air or water...always available. Never met a person he did not know..."personally". Thinking of Clayton, his character and love of the Gospel, gives one warm, cozy feelings...like smelling homemade cookies or your favorite blanket. I know you all will miss him terribly. Love and prayers to enclose you in His peace.

Bro. Byron was one of the pillars of 5 o'clock prayer and a constant reminder of Christ. He always had time for me and was always joyful. Thank you for your love for Christ. This is one of the men I see in my mind when I think of men who walked like Christ.

To the Byrom Family I have wonderful memories of our times together with Brother Clayton and your family and the worship services we shared at the Groves Church of God. I remember how he visited my grandparents and encouraged them in their later years. He will be missed. I love you all and pray the peace of God surround you. Cynthia Bell Fussell
