Clifford W. Savell

Clifford W. Savell, 90, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 at his residence. Clifford was born January 24, 1927 in Hornbeck, Louisiana to Walter D. Savell and Mirtie Chance Savell. He was a resident of this area for seventy-one years and was a retired Lube Oil Supervisor at Texaco with forty years of service. Clifford was a WWII US Navy Air Corps Veteran and one of the Founders of the Retriever Club and Duck Caller's Club. Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Florien, Louisiana. Visitation for family and friends will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Surviving relatives include his wife, Una Savell of Port Neches, Texas; sons, Gary D. Savell of Beaumont, Texas; Rodney C. Savell and his wife DeAnn of Port Neches, Texas; brother, Wallace R. Savell of Russellville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Erin J. Boudreaux, Lance L. Savell, Casey R. Savell, and Travis A. Savell; great grandchildren, Emma Boudreaux and Maesyn Savell.
