Corina Wigginton, 80, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana. Corina was born May 18, 1929 in Simpson, Louisiana to Anthony Smith and Vincencija Lipovac Smith. She was a homemaker and resident of Port Arthur for 63 years. She loved bowling and traveling. Corina is very loved and will be missed. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend John DiStefano officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her son, Clifford Wigginton; three sisters and seven brothers. Survivors include her husband, Clovis Wigginton; one daughter, Rita Dugas and husband, Kenneth of Santa Fe, TX; one son, Glenn Wigginton and wife, Joyce of Simpson, LA; brother-in-law, Audrey Wigginton of Midland, TX; five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and ten step-great grandchildren. Special thanks to Joyce Wigginton for her special care.

I have lost one of the most important woman in my life. I have been so blessed to have such a great Godly woman as my Grandmother. Thank you Grandma for always being there when we needed you and for teaching us the way to live is through Christ. You are such a treasure and I will miss you greatly.
