Cornel Hinson, 65 of Orange, Texas passed away on Friday, November 20, 2015.

Cornel was born to Grover and Vera Faulk Hinson on October 12, 1050 in Deridder, Louisiana.

Cornel is survived by his son, Curtis Hinson and wife Jennifer of Spring, Texas; Daughters, Kelly Hinson of Orange, Texas, Sasha Yamaguchi and husband Scott of Toluca Lake, California and Rebecca Pryor and husband Brandon of Rapid City, South Dakota; sister, Rose; his cousin, Ferlon Self; his aunt, Ray Self; eight grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be on Monday afternoon from 4:00pm-6:00pm with a memorial service to begin at 6:00pm at Melancon's Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas.

Kelly, I was so sorry to about your Dad last night. I remember the first time I meet your dad he came to the house and ask if he could borrow a tool to fix the a/c. I heard him introduce hisself to David and I came out and said your Kelly and Becky's dad and we all started talking.
