Craig Sturrock

Lester Craig Sturrock, 96, of Nederland, Texas passed away November 22, 2011 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. He was born November 11, 1915 in Colmesneil, Texas to the late Thomas Elton and Samantha Sargent Sturrock. He served his country proudly in the U. S. Army.Funeral services will be held at Melancon39s Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H in Nederland on Friday, November 25, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Toby Tiner officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday prior to the service.Craig is survived by 2 daughters, Donna Tiner and Charmaine Allred, both of Nederland son Lester Sturrock of Florida 5 grandchildren 7 greatgrandchildren 2 sisters, Alma Jones and Estel McCarty, both of Lufkin and brother, Jim Sturrock of Abilene. He is preceded in death by his parents wife, Alice Sturrock and 6 brothers.
