Crystel Lynette Conley

Crystel Lynette Conley, 58, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 24, 2023.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Officiating will be David Deslatte.

A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Everyone who enjoyed Crystel is invited to come and celebrate her life.

Crystel was born in Lockney, Texas, on September 5, 1964, to Guy Linwood Roberson and Donna Record Roberson. She was married to the love of her life and best friend, Tom Conley, and worked as an Executive Associate for Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. She was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Groves and Golden Triangle Republican Women. She spent her free time traveling with Tom and was always singing. She loved to play piano, tend to her rose garden, and dance with her friends at The Belly Dance Studio. She will be missed dearly by everyone who knows her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Guy Roberson; and grandfather, Charles “C.L.” Record.

She is survived by her husband of thirty-six years, Tom Conley of Beaumont; her mother, Donna Record Roberson Nell and husband GQ of Lubbock, Texas; grandmother, Lucy Dean Record of Lockney, Texas; son, Charles Thomas Conley and wife Rachel of Katy, Texas; daughter, Melissa Rose Hillin and husband Tyler of Beaumont, Texas; two grandchildren, Micah and Lucy Conley; sisters, Julie Roberson Smith of Dallas, Texas; Amy O’ Neill and husband Jon of Trophy Club, Texas; brother, Charles Roberson and wife Stacy of The Woodlands, Texas; aunt, Joyce Roberson Gist and husband Joel of Tulsa, Oklahoma; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
