Daisy Jewel Phillips, 81, of Beaumont, Texas died Monday, April 18, 2011 at Jefferson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Beaumont, Texas. Daisy was born April 30, 1929 in DeRidder, Louisiana to Orville Wiggins, Sr. and Ruby Waters Wiggins. She was a resident of Beaumont for 70 plus years and a member of Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Reverend Billy Stanley and Reverend Carl Vickery officating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at the funeral home. She is survived by 3 daughters, Ruby Tankersley and husband, Freddie of Russellville, Arkansas; Linda Morris and husband, Zim of Port Neches, Texas; Patti Linder and husband, Ronnie of Port Neches, Texas; 4 sons, Robert Randall and wife, Shelda of Vidor, Texas; Arthur Randall of Hemphill, Texas; Timothy Randall and wife, Sabrina of Fannett, Texas; Mark Randall and wife, Misti of Fannett, Texas; sister, Faye Williams of San Leon, Texas; 23 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
