Jay and I, and all our children send heartfelt grief for the loss of Dale. The Riu family made such an impact on our family during the time that the kids were growing up with Tim and Caleb. We had many fun experiences. Dale was such a fine and funny man and wonderful dad. His influence extended to so many people, but can be seen easiest in his fine sons and sweet wife. We love you all and are praying for peace and comfort in the knowledge that he is receiving his heavenly reward and looking at his Savior face to face!!! Wow. That is a great joy to know.

Bonnie and boys, I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could be there but I had total knee replacement 3 weeks ago. Boys I want you to know that you had a very special father. He was so positive during his first illness and he was always so proud of each of you. Bonnie there will never be another man as sweet and kind as Dale was. I will be praying for your family as you go through the funeral. As the coming days come I pray that you will remember all the great days and that will give you peace. My heart is with you.
