Daniel Pagan

Daniel Pagán passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur at the age of 49.

He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 19, 1971. His formative years were spent in Port Arthur upon the families move in August 1971 where he would later graduate from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1989.

Daniel would go on to spend the next 20 odd years working in Quality Control. He was most recently employed by The City of Beaumont.

He loved watching football and was an avid New Orleans Saints fan.

Daniel is preceded in death by his father Carlos Pagán, his sister Mercedes Pagán and his brother Ricardo Pagán.

Daniel is survived by his beloved sons Daylee and Talan Pagán as well as their mother Kristen Castle Sistrunk. His mother Blanca Pagán; his sisters Yolibeth Pagán and Arlene Matthys (husband Christopher) and honorary sister Carmen Patricia Torres (husband Juan); Nephews Alexander Pagán (wife Shelby); Sebastian Divers; Jonathan Brooks; Juan Torres (wife Letty); Hunter and Diego Torres. Great nephews Rylan and Colton Pagán as well as his great niece Charlie Pagan. His special friends Sutton and Spencer. His granddaughter Kinsley Dawsyn Pagán as well as countless other aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.

He will be forever loved and never forgotten. His legacy and memory will continue to shine bright in each of us that remember him.

A memorial service to honor his life will be held at Levingston Funeral Home Groves, Texas on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 4 p.m.
