Darlene Kill Rolison, 69, of Nederland passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont.Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Melancon39s Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H in Nederland with Rev. L. A. Richardson officiating with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 PM Friday evening at the funeral home.Darlene was born October 13, 1941 in Hiawatha, Kansas to the late Virgil and Ella Kill and lived in Nederland since 1969.She worked 15 years as a secretary for the Texas Department of Human Services, and a member of the Central Gardens Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Sherri Bodensteiner and husband John of Nederland son Timothy Rolison and wife Dawn of Nederland sister, Virginia Vidal and husband Rudy of Sabetha, Kansas her grandsons, Alex Bodensteiner, and Hunter Rolison both of Nederland.
