Time is whittling us down. Seems like yesterday that David went to work at Neches Butane just a few year before my dad's retirement there.

I was honored to be Dave ‘s pastor for 33 years. He was an outstanding gentleman. He and JoAnn were always so gracious to share their beach cabin with our family. I was also honored to fish and duck hunt with Dave. I know JoAnn, Kim, Kirk and their families are going to miss him. Please know you are in our prayers. Love, Rick and Lynn Erwin

I first met David when he was a customer of mine, over the years of business relationships we developed a friendship. David was always fair and honest in all of our business relationship and I enjoyed fishing with him numerous times as well as duck hunting in Arkansas. Around the evening campfires sharing stories of the day, David always had jokes to share, and could tell them with a straight face so most people listening thought it to be true. That made it even funnier! It was my pleasure to be his friend. David, may the Sun always be at your back, may the seas be always calm, and may you be in HEAVEN 3 days before the Devil even knows you are gone. Rest in eternal peace my friend.
