For 56 years I have known & loved the person that was David Lynn Girouard. For 2 days, I've contemplated the words I write to his family. I will be saying basically what every person before me posted. He was a kind, great spirited, gentle soul. The family will forever have a void but they will also share countless & priceless memories of a man that lived his life well. I along w/Gary, pray for everyone that's hurting and grieve with you, Gayle, Blaine & Melissa. But he's not lost, he's in his eternal home, with Christ, because David followed HIM.

When Blaine was a tiny baby we came over to your garage apt. One evening and played hide-seek. Somehow I was able to get into the very top of the linen closet in your bathroom and put towels in front of me. Everyone , finally gave up and I was so glad because I was so cramped up in that cabinet. We laughed and had such a fun evening. David, was so special to Dennis!
