Dennis Lee Peltier, 67, of Port Neches, Texas died Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Magnolia Manor in Groves, Texas Dennis was born August 1, 1944 in Port Neches, Texas to Mitchell L. Peltier and Antoinette Barras Peltier. He was a lifelong resident of Port Neches, Texas and a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. He retired from Huntsman as an Operator and was a US Army Vietnam Veteran. He and Anne have also been raising their grandson, Macon Wilson. Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Reverend Monsignor Bennie Patillo officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a Vigil service to begin at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Peltier and great grandson, Brylen Broussard. Surviving relatives include his wife, Shirley Anne Peltier of Port Neches, Texas; son, Dennis John Peltier of California; step-sons, Brandon Wilson of Rosharon, Texas; Kevin Moore and wife Tabby of Indiana; step-daughters, Renee Swiere and husband Mike of Bridge City, Texas; Judith Broussard of Lumberton, Texas; Delessa Powell of Orange, Texas; Tanya Trefts of Indiana; sister, Juanita Nuss and husband Carl of Colorado; 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
