Don W. Manganice

Don W. Manganice, 70, of Groves, Texas passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at his residence in Groves. 

Don was born on January 20, 1954, in Port Arthur, Texas to Clara Dionne Manganice and Fred Manganice, Sr.  He was a retired Electrician with the I.B.E.W. for over 40 years.  Don enjoyed the outdoors which included fishing and gardening.

Don is survived by his daughters, Lisa Manganice Trevino of Port Neches and Angie Manganice and her husband Whitney Morse of Houston; four grandchildren, Tide and Finley Trevino and Hannah and Olivia Morse; his sister, Joan Hudspeth of Groves; brothers, Larry Manganice of Groves and Fred Manganice, Jr. of Alvin, Texas.  

A gathering of family and friends will take place from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2024, at Melancon-Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

I’m so sorry to hear about Donny, as a child, his mom and dad and family and us would always go camping at Lake Ivanhoe, he was always nice to me and we always had so much fun with him. He was so funny. i’m so sorry to hear about y’all loss
