Donald Ralph Adams, 81, of Nederland TX transitioned to his heavenly
Home on November 7, 2020 at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. TX.
He was born in Newark, OH on June 26, 1939 to his parents Lewis Adams
And Anna Mae Lewis Adams. He was a resident of Nederland for 7 years, a
Member of the United Methodist Church attending First UMC in Nederland.
He worked for Whirlpool Corp. Dryer Division in Marion OH.
He leaves behind his wife of 6 years Nancy Dallas Kelley Adams, his 3
children Bonnie Keene (Bruce B at 12:00urch), Brandi (Sean) Young, and Brent
Adams; 12 Grandchildren ShaVaughna, Keeley, Austin,Kirkland, Kristian,
Brandon, Sara,Kendell, Kamden, Kamree, Eli, and Haley, and 9. Great-
Grandchildren with 2 more due in Feb 2021. Also surviving Don are numerous
Nieces and Nephews, and 4 Stepchildren Carol (Ron) Jackson and David
(Jane Hale) Kelley, Charby Keckler and Tag Keckler.
Don was predeceased by his parents, his sister Evelyn Adams Strait, 5 brothers
Walter, Richard, Harold, Floyd and Jerry and one nephew Bob, son of
Richard.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, Nov 12th at 1:00 p.m. at Melancon
Funeral Home, 1605 Ave H, Nederland TX. Funeral Service to follow at
2:00 p.m. conducted by Rev. Kevin M. Kissel, First United Methodist Church,
104 N. 13th St. Nederland. The Church will be hosting a luncheon prior to
the Visitation at Noon at their Christian Fellowship Center across from the
