Donald Dewayne Allison, 83, of Groves passed away October 26, 2019. He was born in Sayre, Oklahoma on November 13, 1935 to the late Olsen Allison and Wynona Wofford Allison. He served his country proudly in the U. S. Air Force and Army.

Those left to cherish Donald’s memory are his daughters, Rene Ford, and her husband Darin, of Groves, Texas, and Andrea Allison Baxter of Prosper, Texas; his grandchildren, Mackenzie West and Nolan Wade Ford; and the mother of his children, Betty Allison. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Darla Cross and Diana Allison.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Funeral Services will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Darin Ford officiating.
