Donna Lynn Halliburton, born on January 4, 1950, in Port Arthur, Texas, passed away on January 30, 2025, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. She was 75 years old at the time of her passing. Donna was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend to many.

Donna was a dedicated professional who enriched the lives of many throughout her career. She worked as a secretary for insurance billing in various doctor's offices, where her meticulous attention to detail was highly regarded. Later, she enhanced her skill set by completing her pharmacy technician certification, demonstrating her commitment to continuous growth and service.

An alumna of Thomas Jefferson High School, Donna further pursued her education by obtaining an associate's degree in secretarial science from Lamar Port Arthur State College. Her educational pursuits laid the groundwork for a fulfilling career characterized by diligence and competence.

Beyond her professional life, Donna was celebrated for her culinary skills; she was an excellent cook who enjoyed preparing delicious meals for her family and friends. A true Bingo enthusiast, she also had a profound love for music and was an avid sports fan, finding great joy in these activities.

A proud parishioner of St. James Catholic Church, Donna not only attended services but also lent her voice to the church choir, enriching the spiritual lives of those around her.

Donna is survived by her beloved husband, Thomas Halliburton, of Port Arthur, Texas. She leaves behind her cherished daughters, Kelli Rao and her husband, Ravi, and Sara Coker and her husband, Ehren. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Corban, Maple, and Elroy Coker, and Arjuna Rao. She is also remembered fondly by her sister, Connie Jones; niece, Tara Ramirez and her husband, Manuel, and nephew, Kenny Byler and his wife, Julia.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Yvonne and Lynden Jones, and nephew, Matthew Shepp whose memories she carried with her throughout her life.

A visitation will be held on February 3, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home in Groves located at 5601 39th St, Groves, Texas, 77619. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Donna Lynn Halliburton will be deeply missed by all who knew her, for her nurturing spirit, unwavering love for her family, and her numerous contributions to the community. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
