Doreen Judice McDougle

Doreen Judice McDougle, 89, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home in Groves. Doreen was born January 13, 1931 in St. Martinsville, Louisiana to Beauregard and Stella Judice. She enjoyed cooking, working in her yard and dancing to Cajun music on her front porch. Doreen was passionate about her family and cherished her grandchildren.
Doreen is preceded in death by her parents, Beauregard Judice and Stella Broussard Judice; husband, William Neal McDougle; sons, Mark McDougle, Paul McDougle and Todd McDougle; 1 brother; and 4 sisters.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, David Neal McDougle and his wife, Jan of Nederland, TX; David Neal McDougle, Jr., and his wife, Melinda of Virginia; Denise Horton and her husband, Johnny of Port Arthur, TX; a very special daughter, Judy McDougle of Nederland, TX; grandchildren, Stacy Migues and her husband, Mike; Cristina LeBlanc and her husband, Steven; Sean McDougle and his wife, Gina; Sarah Coats and her husband, Chad; great grandchildren, Kenley, Katie, Will, Ashton and Thea; brothers, June Judice and Coston Judice; sister, Stella Judice Savoy.
The family will have a gathering Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., at Melancon’s Funeral Home.
Due to Coronavirus-19 we request that friends and relatives practice social distancing while attending the gathering for Ms. McDougle. All guests are required to wear a face mask before entering Melancon’s Funeral Home.
