Dorothy Ann Farley Foster passed away in her sleep early Friday morning on October 18, 2013 at the age of 87. She was born on October 2, 1926 in Port Arthur, Texas to Martin VanBuren Farley and Ollie Marie Reed Farley. She grew up in Nederland, Texas and lived the majority of her life in Port Neches, Texas. She married William Edward (Bill, Billy-Boy) Foster on December 24, 1946. When her loving husband passed away she moved to Crystal Beach until "Ike" destroyed her beach house. She moved to Bacliff and lived with her youngest daughter and son-in-law Billie Jean Wallace and husband Bill. She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband William E. (Bill, Billy-Boy) and her two much loved sons Ronald Gene and James (Jimbo) Wilton Lee, also her sister Bettye Ruth Williamson and her brother Dr. LeRoy Bradley Farley. She leaves to cherish her memory her two loving daughters Sherri Ann Steed and husband David and Billie Jean Wallace and husband Bill. Her much adored granddaughters Rhonda, Chrissi, Kasey Jacy and Whitney, her great grandchildren Paul Hunter, Bren, Kayla, Cade, Elyse, Reese, Kaelyn and Maya. As according to her wishes there will be no services. Interment will be at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches.

Sherri & Bille Jean & Families: Just wanted to let you know how much I loved your Mom. She was such a part of my life from childhood and always so sweet & welcoming. It was a beautiful small service today as we shared wonderful memories of Aunt Dot and Nana (Bettye). They will both be dearly missed but I know they are having the most amazing celebration as they reunite up in Heaven. We love you Nana and Aunt Dot.
