Dorothy Inez Hamilton, 91, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2011 at Lufkin Memorial Hospital. Dorothy was born October 11, 1920 in Jacksonville, Texas to Milton A. Lovelady and Mary Irene Lane Lovelady. She was a longtime Port Arthur resident and member of Aldersgate Trinity United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Cecil Hamilton. Survivors include her son, Milton Hamilton and wife, Nancy of Hemphill, TX; sisters, Georgia Toeppewein and husband, Clifton of Boerne, TX, Beweeta Barnes of Port Arthur, TX; grandchildren, John Hamilton and wife, Amber of Colmesneil, TX, David Hamilton and wife, Brandy of Lake Jackson, TX; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Joshua, Ryan, Allie Hamilton, Haley, and Johnathan Aldridge. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 27, 2012 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
