Dorothy Jane Perkins, 58, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away April 25, 2012 at St. Mary39s Hospital in Port Arthur, Texas. She was born on November 16, 1953 in Stuttgart, Germany to the late Cleo and Dorothy Maude Weldon Southern. A memorial service will be held at Melancon39s Funeral Home in Nederland on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gregory Southern.
