Dorothy Mills, a beloved member of the Groves community in Texas, peacefully passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 85. She was surrounded by care and comfort at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home in Groves.

Graveside Services to honor Dorothy's life will take place on January 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at Pedigo Cemetery located on CR 4120/Pedigo Loop, in Woodville, Texas. The service will be officiated by Tommy Walker.

Dorothy was born on July 12, 1938, in Woodville, Texas. She was the cherished daughter of Henry Clay Pedigo and Daisy Jewel Pedigo. Throughout her career, Dorothy dedicated herself to serving others as an Administrator at O.W. Collins Retirement Home for many years. Her kind and compassionate nature touched the lives of countless individuals in need. During this time of grief, may we find solace in the memories we shared with Dorothy Mills. She will forever be remembered for her genuine kindness and the indelible impact she made on our lives.

Dorothy leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. She is survived by her three loving sons: Don Price of Baytown, TX; Rory Price and his wife Kelly of Friendswood, TX; and Damon Mills and his wife Terri of Groves, TX. She also leaves behind four adoring grandchildren: Kailey Price, Clay Price, Andrew Price, and Zachary Price; as well as four cherished great-grandchildren: Waylon Price, Madeline Price, Noah Price, and Abigail Price.
