Earl Lee Flanagan

Earl Lee Flanagan, 80, of Nederland, Texas passed away September 8, 2011 at his home with his family by his side. Earl was born in Beaumont, Texas on January 14, 1931 to the late Earnest Earl and Corine Meridith Flanagan. He was a bookkeeper for Sun Pipeline Co. for 35 years and a member of First Baptist Church in Nederland.A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, September 11, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Melancon39s Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H in Nederland. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 12, 2011 at First Baptist Church in Nederland, Rev. Adam Pardue officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.Earl is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Charmian Flanagan of Nederland son, Earnest Lee Flanagan of Nederland daughter, Patti Elyn Flanagan of Tulsa, Oklahoma and 2 brothers, Donald Burns and wife Verene of Houston and Timothy Burns and wife Ellene of Duncan, Oklahoma.
