Earl Madison Smith, 89, of Kirbyville, TX went to be with the Lord on August 19, 2018. Mr. Smith was a native of Nederland but a lifelong resident of Kirbyville, TX. In Kirbyville he made many friends visiting Dairy Queen and Brookshire Brothers where he was known by all. He had a great love for horses especially his favorite, "Keeter". He is preceded in death by his parent Ed and Erma Smith, his Brothers and Sisters, and his Son-in-Law. He is survived by his wife, Neva Smith of Kirbyville, TX, his daughter, Sherry Elrod of Fannett, TX, brother George Smith, 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Winnie, Texas.
