Earl Adolph Theis, 82, of Port Neches, Texas died Tuesday, March 09, 2010 at his residence. Earl was born October 19, 1927 in Daisetta, Texas to Edwin Wilhem Theis and Lillie Copeland Theis. He was a resident of Port Neches since 1940 and retired from Dupont as a Maintenance Foreman with 29 years of service. He was a member of First Baptist Church Port Neches, Port Neches Masonic Lodge #1163, Port Neches VFW Post # 4820 and an US Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Port Neches with Dr. David Mahfouz officiating. Masonic Rites to be conducted by Port Neches Masonic Lodge #1163. Military Graveside Rites conducted by Port Neches VFW Post #4820 to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 12, 2010 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. He is survived by his wife, Mary Comstock Theis of Port Neches, Texas; sons, Robert Earl Theis and wife, Jolene of Port Neches, Texas; Larry Curtis Theis of Alvin, Texas; sisters, Ruby Anderson of Poteau, Oklahoma; Margie Crane of Sugarland, Texas; brother, J.E. Theis of Nederland, Texas; grandson, Joshua Theis and granddaughter, Alexandria Theis.
