A very gracious, caring, woman of God has gone home to be with our Lord. Edna helped raise fine off-spring who continue to carry the values she instilled in them. She always served as an example to her peers. Edna was a life-long friend to my parents, and to me. No childhood memory is complete without remembering time spent with the Sassers. Lynn and Ronnie, I know the hole that is left in your heart from losing a parent. However, I also know the peace and joy that come from realizing how blessed that we were to have had that person as a parent. My dear T.J., I do not think that you can ever know the influence that you have had on so many people when it comes to the way a man should love and treat his wife. You are my friend and I love you! Edna Sasser will be greatly missed, but can you imagine what it must have sounded like when the trumpets heralded her entrance into heaven? I KNOW that my dad was there to greet her.

A dear Christian lady who was beautiful inside and out. Always pleasant, funny, one I could cry or laugh with. We shared many moments, building a host of memories that I shall hold in my heart forever. Heaven is even sweeter now, I shall be eager to meet her again. May God bless all of you!

Mrs. Sasser was gentle, joyous, sweet and a loyal friend to my family, The Holders. She supported her husband and sons in their service to the Lord. We will miss her and will always remember the outstanding qualities of her Christian character. Bro. Sasser, we admire your ever-loving commitment to Edna these past numerous years of caring for her. We love you. Maxine Gammill and Kathy Zeglin
