I spent so much time in Bert and Barbara's home and Bert always treated me like one of the girls. I went out to eat with, went boat riding with, spent several days at the beach with......just part of the family. He might have gotten tired of seeing me there, but he never showed it. He was a good man who made sure his family was taken care of. I feel badly for your loss, but happy that you take comfort in knowing he is in a much better place and no longer ill. Much love to all of you.

Barbara, Renae, Laurie and Debbie, Burt was such a great man! He always made you feel welcome and part of the family. No doubt he loved all of you with everything he had! He had a sweet gentle spirit but was always the firm hand when he needed to be with his girls! So very sorry for your loss, but I rejoice with you in knowing where he is and how happy he must be being with loved ones and his Creator! Much love to you all❤️
