Elinora Lee Nichols, 80 of Nederland, Texas passed away March 15, 2012 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. She was born May 20, 1931 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky to the late George Thomas and Leila Mouser. A memorial service will be held at Melancon39s Funeral Home in Nederland on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Malcome Monroe officiating. She is survived by her sons, Mike and wife Judy Nichols of Nederland, TX and John J. Nichols, III and wife Brenda of Plant City, FL daughter, Beth Yoder and husband Jack of Goshen, IN grandchildren Christopher and April Nichols and countless grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials be given to Booty Ritter Senior Citizens Center, 914 Boston Avenue, Nederland, Texas 77627.
