Ozment FamilyLiz will be greatly missed. She always had a smile on her face and a nice thing to say, usually jokingly and if you ever needed anything unusual or special, she could get it or find it for you if she didnt already have it in her shop. Knowing her from the art shop on 14th Street in Nederaland and The Land of Oz in Port Neches has been such a blessing. I hate that I was unaware of her passing and was not there for the praises raised up in her name. God bless you all and know that God is always with you as Liz will be in your hearts.

We were stunned to hear the news of Lizs passing. We had worked on a couple of estate sales that Liz and Debra had in progress and have known her since coming to Groves in 2007. She was one vibrant lady and will be sorely missed in our communities. We developed a great appreciation for her and our thoughts will be with you, the family, in the days that lie ahead. Sincerely, Verby Jody

To the family of Liz ..I am so sadden to hear of her passing. She was not a stranger to noone at all...she always had a beautiful friendly smile on her face. Also, she was one of the most amazing story tellers, from past history events. She also would answer your questions that you had for her about any piece of antique she had. She was a awesome person just to know. And I am really proud to of known her. She will be really missed by many, but know that God recieved another angel. She is surrounding all of you always. Her wings spread wide open. Until we meet again my friend, its been nice knowing you,and cant wait til we see each other again sharing stories. Love ya Miss Liz...from the Burke Family

Liz is and always be a tribute to the community. I have moved from the area and my heart is and will be always be troubled by her passing. May the angels from heaven surround her family as this time. She always made me laugh when I was around her. I used to play Bungo with her and her Bungo friends. She was a joy. She was a wonderful artist and a pround mother and wife. She will be missed. Lord please give this family peace.Love you LizCindy

We send our love and prayers to Jack and all the family in your time of great loss. God is, and will continue to sustain you, as you trust in Him. Liz will be greatly missed by all of the Bethel Methodist Church family. Take comfort from Gods promise to all who are abiding in Christ: Psalms 23:4, 6 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.Love, Rev. and Mrs. Tim HickeBethel Methodist Church of Port Neches
