Thank you Ray for being a good and fair manager someone that showed compassion when appropriate but was stern when needed. He was a role model for me as I became a manager late in my career many things he shared with me at the table in a breakroom at 2 am on a Sunday morning shift I was able to use in my decision- making and it help me in many ways. Good sensible fair treatment of your direct reports will never steer you wrong and following his life lesson it never did steer me wrong. . Thanks Ray. Thanks to his family for the honor off working and learning from such a great man. I pray that the Lord sends you all peace and comfort at this difficult time.
