Enola Roberts, 85, of Nederland, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at her home in Nederland. Enola was born on August 15, 1935 in Monroe, Louisiana to the late, Andrew Kasza LeLeux and Ada Hargraves LeLeux.
Enola retired from the Nederland Independent School District after many years of service. After retirement, Enola realized how much she missed working for the Nederland Independent School District and return there to work several more years.
Those left to cherish Enola’s memory include her sons, Andrew Roberts and his wife, Jeralyn of Schertz, Texas and Charles Robert, Sr. and his wife, Leona of Hemphill, Texas; her daughter, Deborah Dupree of Nederland, Texas; grandchildren, Charles Roberts, Jr., Roland Faulk, Toni Teola Darwin, Harley Roberts, Jessica Jeanis, Charlee Sanford, Damien Bell and Aurora Roberts; great-grandchildren, Taryn Roberts, Damin Darwin, Ian Roberts, Haylee Roberts, Xoe Roberts, Camden Roberts, Bentley Sanford, Caleb Jeanis, Joshua Jeanis, Jason Sanford, Ezekiel Roberts, Saylor Sanford, Jeweleanna Faulk, Amina Roberts and Baby Soske.
Enola is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Kasza LeLeux and Ada Hargraves LeLeux; her loving husband of 50+ years, Howard Roberts; sons, Little Howard Roberts and Clevins Roberts.
A gathering of friends and family will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas on Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service to begin at 2:00 p.m. with Deacon Ivan Watson, officiant.
