Eric Lynn Nunley, 66, of Nederland, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017. Eric was born November 19, 1950 in Tulsa, OK, to the late Ernest Nunley, Sr. and Amy E. Hall Nunley. He retired after 44 years with the Carpenters Local 502. Eric was a member of Faith Tabernacle in Port Arthur.
Eric is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Sandra Kay Nunley of Nederland; sons, Scott Nunley and wife, Elayna of Nederland, Jeffrey Nunley and wife, Rhonda of Groves and Stephen Nunley and wife, Ashley of Nederland; daughter, Jennifer Burlison and husband, Mark of Nederland; brothers, Milton Nunley, Marc Nunley and wife, Tressa, and John Charles Nunley, all from Oklahoma; sister, Marcella Arnold and husband, Marty of Nederland; grandchildren, Kurt, Gideon, Malachi, Raegan, Makayla, Bailey, Kenzie, London, Landon, Kennedy, Micah, Hannah and Jordan and a host of nieces and nephews. Eric is preceded in death by his parents.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church, 10169 Hwy 69 in Port Arthur, TX. The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., also at the church. The interment will be at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, TX.
