Esther Bell Grissom, 96 of Fannett, Texas passed away Monday, October 26, 2020 surrounded by her family.
Esther was born November 22, 1923 in Eunice, Louisiana to Ashton Bell and Doline Corkin Bell. She was a lifelong area resident, homemaker and member of the Catholic faith.
Esther was preceded in death by Ruelle "Buddy" Grissom, and sister, Rosemary Pollingue.
Survivors include her two sons, Robbie Grissom and wife Barbie of Fannett, and Richard Grissom of San Antonio; grandchildren, Danny Phillips II and wife Melissa, Brandi Young and husband Cody, Robert Grissom and wife Karen; great-grandchildren, Benjamin Grissom, Henry Grissom, Ashton Young, Brady Young, Mason Phillips, Madison Phillips, Chelsey Starkie, Alyssa Starkie, and three great-great grandchildren.
A visitation for family and friends will be Friday, October 30, 2020 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Memories will be presented by Richard Grissom at 6:30 p.m. followed by a 7:00 p.m. Rosary by Monsignor Kenneth Greig.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Levingston Funeral Home with Reverend Jim McClintock officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
