Eva Mae LeBlanc Frederick, 81, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Monday, May 25, 2020 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas. Eva was born August 25, 1938 in Port Neches, Texas to Dallas Joseph LeBlanc and Ouida Langlinais LeBlanc. She was a lifelong resident of this area and a retired X-Ray Technician having worked for several Doctors in this area. Eva was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church where she was a member of the Ladies Guild. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church with Reverend Shane Baxter officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2020 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Eva was preceded in death by her husband, James "Rusty" Frederick, sister, Mary Simon, and brother-in-law, James Simon. Surviving relatives include her 3 daughters, Leslie Frederick Balsamo and husband Rodney of Port Neches, Texas, Michele Frederick Guilbeau and husband Brian of Houston, Texas, and Lynelle Frederick Fontenote and husband Mitchell of Port Neches, Texas; 3 sons, Todd Frederick and wife Delena of Nederland, Texas, Kirk Frederick and wife Denise of Groves, Texas, and Brian Frederick and wife Dawn of Port Neches, Texas; sister, Shirley Griffith and husband David of Port Neches, Texas; brothers, Alex LeBlanc of Port Neches, Texas, James LeBlanc and wife Karen of Groves, Texas; grandchildren, Blake Balsamo and wife Amy, Ashton Balsamo, Cierra Weber and husband Michael, Micah Frederick, Brennan Guilbeau, Taylor Fussell and husband Jerrod, Zachary Fontenote, Delaney Frederick, Dallas Frederick, and Brandon Crow and wife Kassie; great-grandchildren, Fischer, Rowan, Lynlee, Lemon, Allie, and Payton. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Ladies Guild, 2006 Nall Street, Port Neches, Texas 77651.

I will always remember Eva as fun loving, dancing to Cajun Music, and her love for her family. I felt as her and Rusty was part of my family. I have fond memories of them both along with the rest of the family.
