Eva Chiasson Navarre Eva Chiasson Navarre, 85, of Dripping Springs, Texas passed away Sunday morning, July 26, 2015 at Hill Country Care, Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born on November 15, 1929 in Carencro, Louisiana to Nacol and Ida Clavelle Chiasson. Eva lived most of her life in Groves, Texas and was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 30, 2015 at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Reverend J.C. Coon officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be before the service at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with a rosary service to begin at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Eva was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Joseph Navarre, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Kendall of Dripping Springs, TX, son, Randy Navarre and wife, Kathy of Coatesville, PA, three grandchildren, Chelsea Meckel, Matthew Navarre, and Mollie Navarre Roque, and three great grandchildren, Ashlinn Kendall, Joseph Hager, and Hunter Roque.
