Eva Ortiz, 40, of Nederland, Texas passed away January 30, 2013 at St. Lukes Hospital in Houston, Texas. She was born in Mexico on January 3, 1973 to Jesus and Raquel Zamora.Funeral services will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, 2615 Memorial Blvd., in Port Arthur on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Melancons Funeral Home in Nederland on Saturday, February 2nd from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves on Monday, February 4th at 10:00 a.m.Eva is survived by her husband, Alfredo Ortiz of Nederland daughter, Yanett Alejandra Ortiz son, David Alfredo Ortiz of Nederland parents, Jesus and Raquel Zamora of Port Arthur brothers, Jesus Zamora, Jr. and wife, Marisela of Groves, Alejandro Zamora and wife, Zury of Port Arthur, and Andres Zamora and wife, Araceli of Port Arthur and nephews and nieces.
