Felicia Diane Ballard, 53, of Groves, Texas died Monday, October 11, 2010 at Christus St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur, Texas. Felicia was born May 7, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas. She was a homemaker and a lifelong area resident. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Rev. Clifton Beasley officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the funeral home. She is preceded in death by her nephew, Christopher Brasher. Surviving relatives include her husband, Larry Ballard of Groves, Texas; mother and step-father, Linda and Joe Chandler of Nederland, Texas; father, Donnis Brasher of Minneola, Texas; daughter, Heather Abshire and husband, Jordan of Groves, Texas; sisters, Carrie DeWitt and husband, Larry of Vidor, Texas; Johnnie Daigle and husband, Charles of Kountze, Texas; Carol Booty and husband, David of Port Neches, Texas; Patricia Haggins of Mayflower, Arkansas; Brenda Paige of Little Rock, Arkansas; Sylvia Ainsworth of Jacksonville, Texas; brothers, Jeff Chandler and wife, Lisa of Nederland, Texas; Dennis Brasher of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Donald Brasher of Mayflower, Arkansas; granddaughter, Madalyn Abshire and several nieces and nephews.
