Flora Mae "Meatball" Tyler Ellison, 86, of Nederland, Texas passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Christus St. Mary Dubuis Hospital in Port Arthur, Texas. Flora Mae was born January 27, 1929 in Enterprise, Mississippi to Jason Lee Tyler and Virgie Weir Tyler. She has been a resident of Nederland since 1996 and was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church. She was an active member of St. Charles, serving as a Eucharistic Minister, member of the Altar Society, bereavement committee and 3rd Age Group. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends. Flora Mae was preceded in death by her son, Garrett Brant Foreman. Survivors include her two daughters, Laurie Foreman of Nederland, Tina Foreman Adams and her husband David of Port Arthur; son, Randy Foreman of Groves; two grandchildren, Ryan Foreman, Tamara Foreman Smith and her husband Adam; great-granddaughter, Layla Vyann Smith. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 6:30 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Amy and I are so sorry to hear of Flora Mae's passing. She was a sweet lady and we have fond memories of visiting with her when our late Uncle Hubert Weir was alive. God bless and comfort you all in this time.
