Floyd was a wonderful man who was always kind and helpful to my father, Everett Thompson, his cousin. I know that such a loss is heartbreaking. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

My PawPaw was the greatest! I have so many memories! I remember sitting on his lap in his chair, crushing cans for him, the green couches we always sat on. I remember the sliding back door and watching him tend to his garden. He would let us go across the ditch and get honeysuckles! Of course, his wonderful cooking and hotdogs. They were is specialty. Most of all I will always remember his kind laugh and loving words. Hugs were the best though! I LOVE YOU PAWPAW! I MISS YOU BUT KNOW YOU ARE WITH ME!
