Fran Domec

February 20, 1935 ~ December 20, 2020

Fran (McDaniel) Domec, 85, of Port Neches, went to be with our Lord on December 20, 2020. She was born on February 20, 1935 in Port Arthur, Texas to George and Beuna McDaniel.

Fran was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother who dedicated her life to raising her family. Fran enjoyed reading, tending to her flowers and plants and especially enjoyed spending time at the beach.

Fran was predeceased by her parents, George and Beuna McDaniel and her husband, Gerald Domec.

Fran is survived by her sister, Carolyn Crawford and her husband Jim of Lafayette, Louisiana and her six children and their families; Sharon Hirsch and her husband Leon of Houston, Texas, Kim Jones and her husband Eddie of Orangefield, Texas, Tammy Graves and her husband Charles of Port Neches, Texas, Jeff Domec and his wife Denise of Lumberton, Texas, Lisa Rowland and her husband Charlie of Brookeland, Texas, and Lori Melancon and her husband Blane of Port Neches, Texas.

She left behind four generations that included 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She loved being "Granny" to all of her "children". They were a source of great pride and joy for her.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Bluff Memorial Park with Reverend Shane Baxter officiating under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home Port Neches.
