Dear Ones, so sorry to hear of your mother!s passing. She was one precious human being.as a neighbor, nurse and friend. She, along with your father were awesome, caring neighbors and parents; you children are a testimony to that. Freddie, Ronnie and maybe Joanie can remember me, Dianne Thompson (Hollier) former neighbor (511 Orchard Ave.-Eskind place) and upperclassman to Freddie and Ronnie (t married another former neighbor, Jerry Hollier who died in 1982. All the Eskind's are gone but they all loved the Blands. I know how much you will miss your sweet mother; everyone who was privileged to know her will, too. Keep your precious memories close to your hearts. Sincerely, Dianne Marie Thompson Hollier - Eskind granddaughter.

To all the family and the children I grew up with of this wonderful woman I pray for your comfort in the coming weeks, months, and years. I will miss Mrs. Bland so much! We spent many hours together in her last years. She was so proud of her family and talked about all of you. I know you will miss her and she leaves a big space in each of your lives that can never be filled. May God pour out His blessings on each of you and comfort you as you go through the transition of her being gone. Your memories are your keepsakes and time is your healing friend. God bless each of you.
