Frances Harmon, 69, of Nederland, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2016 in Nederland.
Frances was born in Charleston, MS. on November 26, 1946 to the late David G. Smith and Dorris A. Draper Smith.
Frances was retired from Bellsouth as an Electronic Technician with 30 years of service.
Frances is survived by her loving husband, Ronn Harmon of Nederland; daughters, Leigh Davis and husband, Shawn of Lake Charles, LA., Heather Dubose and husband, Johnny of Orangefield; sisters, Anne Wilson of Enid, MS. and Garner Smith of Memphis, TN.; brother, David Smith of Enid, MS.; granddaughters, Christina Davis, Emily Davis and Danika Dubose; grandsons, Logan Dubose and Tyler Davis and a host of other loving family and close friends that cherished and loved her.
Frances is preceded in death by her mother, Dorris A. Smith and her father, David G. Smith
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, with a graveside service beginning at 2:30 p.m. at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County in Nederland.
