Beebee was my P.E. teacher at St. Joseph's Catholic School. She and Kenneth taught me to play softball and I ended up being pretty good...I don't think she really ever knew that. I played for years to come through Intramural college sports and a few years beyond college graduation. I wish she could have known how much I learned from her...kindness, fairness, hard work, practice, diligence, mentoring. She took our entire softball team to the beach one beautiful day - it was so much fun and I still remember that to this day. I have thought of her often - mainly because she was such a positive influence in my life! With deepest sympathy, Mari LaGrappe Quilio

I lost my friend on June 22, 2015. She and I were good friends after we met back in the early 1980s. She taught me and my husband, who she called Robert X, to dance. We saw her at least 4 nights a week and really enjoyed our times together. She was a bright light, spinning for us all to enjoy. She and Kenneth were the smoothest, nicest dancers we'd ever seen. We had a 15 year break in our friendship when we had to move out of the state. I had hoped we'd be able to reconnect and meet her on weekends so we could continue our dance adventures. Unfortunately, it wasn't to be. I prayed for her to have no pain and to be able to "kick" this disease...the prayer for the no pain part was answered. I know she and Kenneth are together in their heavenly home, showing all those "left-footed" dancers how to use good posture, not look at their feet and hear the rhythm. I will miss my friend until we finally meet again in that heavenly dance hall.
