Frances Elaine Plokhooy, 82, of Port Neches, Texas passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at her home. She was born on November 6, 1932 in Passaic, New Jersey to the late Anthony G. Pinkosh and Stella Wnuk.
Frances worked from her home the majority of her life.
Frances is survived by her husband, Donald Plokhooy of Nederland; sons, Donald Plokhooy Jr. and wife Diana of Port Neches, Craig Edward Plokhooy and wife Connie of Groves; daughter, Justine Ann White and husband Ralph of Cleveland; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and also some very close friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Anthony Pinkosh and Stella Wnuk.
A visitation for family and friends will be Sunday evening, March 8, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00 p.m., at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday morning, March 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church in Port Neches with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
