Frank Eugene Alverson

Frank Eugene Alverson, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at Methodist Hill Country Hospital in Fredericksburg, Texas. Frank was born on November 11, 1931, in Aransas Pass, Texas to Ella Mae Nutt and William B. Alverson. Frank began his stent in the Navy on his 19th birthday where he was assigned to the USS Juneau. He was retired head operator at Texaco Oil Refinery for thirty-five years.

Frank is preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Betty Jewel Alverson.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland under the direction of Melancon's Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas.
