Frank was one of the very first persons I met in 1977 when my family moved to Port Neches. He, Robert Duplantis and I had Home room together in school. From 8th to 12th grade some of the very hardest, out of breath laughing I ever did was with Frank in those early years. Never saw a time that Frank wasn’t up for a prank or a great joke or gag. I lost touch with Frank after graduation for 35 years until a mutual friend of ours gave me his number. I called and Within 4 minutes we were right back to laughing hard and talking like we had just seen each other the day before. He was so personable and open. He touched my life….. my deepest sympathies to his family. God bless each of you. Love you Frank.

It is difficult to believe, but how reassuring to know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the LORD. Thankfully, Frank is there now with many others that we love and miss. Aunt Martha, Christine and James and family, and Marvin and family, I am so sorry for this sudden loss, and I will be praying for you all as you grieve and learn a new normal. I love you all and miss seeing you. Annie Alexander Miller
