Frank Joseph Quintero Frank Joseph Quintero, 44, of Port Arthur, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 in Lewisville, Texas. He was born on September 10, 1969 in Port Arthur, Texas to Mary Frances Arriola Derise. Frank was a life long area resident and an accountant with Oncology of Houston. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Stephen McCrate officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be Saturday afternoon from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Frank is survived by his mother and step father, Mary Arriola Derise and Bobby Derise of Groves, son, Joey Quintero of Spring, and brother, Charles Edward Huckaby and wife, Kristen of Groves.
