Freda Marie Brau

Freda Marie Brau, 90, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020. Freda was born August 18, 1929 in Port Arthur, Texas to James Mouton and Jane Gross Mouton. She was a lifelong area resident and member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. She was a checker at Henke-Pilot Grocery for 20 years. Freda was preceded in death by her husband, Harroll Brau; and daughter, Diana Gail Berry. Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Hutchins and husband Randy of Port Neches; foster-son, Rob Greig of Groves; grandchildren, David Berry and wife Nikki, Aaron Hutchins and wife Jennifer, Shana Buchanan and husband Ben, and Caleb Hutchins; great-grandchildren, Hogan Berry, Reagan Berry, Jacob Hutchins, Addison Hutchins, Jane-Marie Buchanan, and Terrell Buchanan. A visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas from 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches, Texas with Reverend Shane Baxter officiating.
