Freda Leigh Nichols, 44, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away September 12, 2012 at her home. She was born February 26, 1968 in Port Arthur to Fred Hebert, Jr. and Linda Janell Sinclair Ebarb.A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on September 14, 2012 at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Rev. Joe Worley officiating.Freda is survived by her parents, Jan Ebarb and husband Simon of Port Arthur and Fred Hebert and wife Judy of Groves grandmother, Louise Hebert of Port Arthur and daughter Cassie Carr of Bridge City.

I was so sorry to hear about Fredas passing. She and I shared the same birth date and it was always my understanding that our mothers shared a room together in the hospital when we were born. She was always a very sweet girl in school. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

As Fredas aunt I remember her most as a confident, intelligent, little girl.Freda and my daughter spent a lot of time together when they were young and I always enjoyed having her visit us. When I saw her last, she was the same sweet girl I will always remember. I had a good visit with her and even talked about our long toes.which I always told her, was the only thing she inherited from me I will think of and pray for you often. I know your PawPaw Hebert is with you in heaven. Will love you always, aunt Patsy

I am so sorry to hear about Freda she was a very sweet and kind person, I have lots of memories of her from high school and when Cassie and my daughter played softball. I pray for the family in this difficult time.
